1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "you") and phhappy ("phhappy," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phhappy.club (the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any gaming content on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not register an account or use the Platform. phhappy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and use phhappy, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) for casino-style online gaming in the Philippines and is strictly enforced.
2. You are a resident of or are located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using the Platform is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy of any third party.
4. You have not previously been excluded from phhappy or any affiliated gaming platform.
5. You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of phhappy or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you a close family member of such a person.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is entitled to hold only one (1) phhappy account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person (whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods) is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. phhappy relies on the information you provide for identity verification and regulatory compliance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phhappy will never request your password through any channel, including Live Chat, email, or telephone. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified phhappy of unauthorized access.

4. KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

phhappy is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawal transactions. As part of this Know Your Customer ("KYC") process, you may be required to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, driver's license, or PRC ID);
• Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing the registered name matching your phhappy account).

phhappy reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing or restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Submission of false, altered, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Deposits

All deposits on the phhappy Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are funded through the payment methods available on the Platform at any given time, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability.

phhappy does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment service provider may impose its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees. Deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited.

phhappy reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used before crediting funds. Deposits made from unverified or restricted payment methods may be reversed to the originating source.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission; most GCash and Maya withdrawals complete within 10 minutes of approval for amounts below ₱50,000 processed automatically.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. phhappy reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including requests for updated identification documents or source-of-funds information. If phhappy is unable to complete verification within a reasonable period, funds will be returned to the originating deposit method.

Active bonus balances that have not completed wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only the cash (non-bonus) portion of your wallet balance is eligible for withdrawal at any time.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

phhappy offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions while playing with bonus funds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

General bonus rules applicable to all phhappy promotions include:

• A single bonus may only be claimed once per eligible member unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless expressly permitted.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, arbitrage, or abuse of the wagering system will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account termination.
• phhappy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice where required by regulatory obligations or operational reasons.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phhappy Platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers and use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available within each game's information panel.

phhappy does not manipulate game outcomes. The results of all games are final once determined by the game's RNG system. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that prevents the game from being completed, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to your account. phhappy is not liable for any perceived loss of potential winnings as a result of a technical malfunction.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phhappy Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and/or reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to access or interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of wagering requirements;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or circumvent any security measures on the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phhappy staff or other players through any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gaming

phhappy is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its members. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not a source of income, and carries inherent financial risk. phhappy provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Reminders: Receive alerts after a configurable period of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a specified period or permanently.

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from phhappy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phhappy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions, even if phhappy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phhappy's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

phhappy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or at the member's own request. Upon account closure in good standing, any remaining verified cash balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14. Privacy

phhappy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. phhappy handles all personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

15. Amendments to These Terms

phhappy may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phhappy will notify members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, subject to any mandatory arbitration or dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR.
